Compensation Range: $65,000-$85,000 annually

• Advanced math and analytical skills with the ability to effectively evaluate risk and provide effective solutions
• Proven track record with construction system concepts and procedures
• A natural collaborator with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and coworkers
• Walk, talk and demonstrate safety as a second language
• Risk management from start to finish

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
• Proven knowledge of key trade subcontractors in Colorado is a big plus
• Competence in Excel
• Experience with BIM, Assemble, On-Screen Take-off, Timberline and/or Sketch-up
• 2 - 5 years of field experience
• 2 years estimating experience with framing recommended, ideally in the Denver Metro area
