Position Summary: 
We are seeking an hourly CONTRACT wood BIM modeler (12 -25 hrs/wk) to design wood wall panels and floor layouts for large scale multi-family wood frame buildings. Milender White is a general contractor that operates a prefab wall facility and constructs wood frame structures as a subcontractor. Detailing and design Work is allowed to be done remotely.

The position is intended to be on a contract basis but may lead to a part-time or full-time position.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• A high proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and other equivalent 3D software
• Proficient with Mitek wood frame modeling software
• Adapt to and implement advancements in BIM technology
• Actively participate in conversations and working sessions with Prefab manager
• Communicate clearly and professionally
