Preconstruction Services Manager

Requirements:

• Committed to a culture of safety
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to understand and evaluate risk and provide effective solutions
• 3+ years of field experience
• 3+ years previous experience including quantity survey, cost evaluation, presentation and communication with clientele

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with various construction systems and sequences
• A natural leader who enjoys teaching and mentoring others
• Strong communication skills with clients, design consultants, team members, vendors and subcontractors
• Ability to negotiate for a win-win solution
