This position is located in San Diego on our Riverwalk Project.

We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator with 5+ years managing commercial and multi-family residential construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and owner turnover.  The right candidate will have proven expertise in GC-led MEP trade coordination, BIM/VDC clash detection and resolution, field QA/QC inspections, commissioning support, and closeout management for large-scale podium, wrap, high-rise, mixed-use, and luxury residential developments.

The MEP Coordinator needs to have a strong background coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, low-voltage, structural, and architectural systems to maintain schedule, budget, constructability, and code compliance. Skilled in leading subcontractor coordination meetings, managing BIM workflows, resolving field conflicts, driving quality standards, and ensuring successful turnover of MEP systems.

Compensation Range: $105,000-$135,000 annually
