You must have these:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field
• Proven knowledge of key trade subcontractors in Southern California
• Proven knowledge of key developers in Southern California
• 5-10 years of field experience
• Demonstrated ability in successful preconstruction projects including quantity survey, cost data assembly, presentation and communications
